Scott Stanton | Scott holds his USSF National “C” license, is part of the State ODP boys coaching pool, is the Assistant Director for the Timbers Portland West Boys RTC program, and is the head coach of the Scappoose High School boys soccer team.  In 2012 Scott took over the high school program he had played in and went on to be named the Cowapa League Coach of the Year in 2014 after guiding the Scappoose boys to their first league title in program history.  Scott graduated from Portland State University with a degree in English and a minor in Writing.

The Communications Director is responsible for marketing club programs, planning club events, distributing club-wide information, updating the website, and managing social media accounts.  They also assist in the daily club operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage club communications
  • Lead marketing campaigns
  • Plan and carry out club programs
  • Contribute monthly articles to the BSC Oregon Newsletter and website
  • Build relationships with State ODP, ECNL, and Development Academy Programs
