Recreation Programs

Our recreational soccer programs offer a fun, social-centric soccer experience for kids in Pre-K to 8th grade.  These are seasonal programs run by parent volunteers.

Mighty Mites is our program for Kindergarten and Pre-K aged players to develop a relationship with the ball and a love for the game of soccer.  It is a 7 week program that meets for one hour, once a week in the fall and in the spring.

For kids in 1st – 8th grade looking for a fun soccer experience, our recreational program is an excellent fit for them. The year is split up with a fall and spring season and teams are coached by parent volunteers.  Teams will practice 1-2 times a week in the fall, with games on Saturdays.  In the spring there are no practices and just Saturday games.

Youth Development Academy

Our Youth Development Academy is for U8 – U10 players interested in competitive soccer and looking for a professionally managed, year-long team/academy training environment.  The purpose of this program is to provide top level training on an age appropriate competitive calendar.

Junior Academy

Our Junior Academy is for players age U11 – U14 looking for a competitive soccer experience.  Training is 2-3 times a week and lead by a professionally licensed coach with the main emphasis being on individual technical training.  Teams are formed by ability and compete in local and regional events.

USSF Development Academy & Girls Academy

The Development Academy and Girls Academy are high performance programs for players age 12-14.  These programs require the highest level of commitment, emphasize long-term player development and are for soccer-specific athletes.  Training is 3-4 times a week with a winter futsal program.

Senior Academy

The Senior Academy is for players age U15 – U19 and is the final phase of our development pathway.  This program aims to maximize player performance in all aspects of the game. A player’s capacities are becoming fully established while training to peak for major competitions. Training is 2-3 times a week and is characterized by high intensity and relatively high volume with frequent periods of rest.
